* its always a good idea to back up your vice installation before starting
(as you would do before modifying any game)
* make sure none of the gtavice files are in use when un/installing mods
* dont delete files out of the mods folder use the vcmm to do it for you

vcmm can download mods from the internet

vcmm can install mods into Vice City
> uninstall
vcmm backs up any files it replaces when installing a mod,
by uninstalling a mod, the files that were backed up are
restored.
